Any youth who wishes to be an Independent 4-H member in the Sunflower Extension District must complete an Individualized Study Agreement, which will be reviewed and approved by the Sunflower District Extension Board and Extension Agents. The study agreement shall be filed with the Extension Office in the county you are joining by the enrollment deadline date.
