Name: Kokoma Sunset Daylily
Type: Hermrocallis
Description:
An early-blooming Daylily has golden flowers with a orange eye.
Sun Level: Full sun
Bloom Time: Spring to Fall
Height: 18 in.
Spread: 12 in.
Care:
This plant does best in full sun to partial shade. It is very adaptable to both dry and moist locations, and should do just fine under typical garden conditions. It may require supplemental watering during periods of drought or extended heat. It is not particular as to soil type or pH.
Propagation:
You can do this in late fall or early spring, depending on when you want
to put in the effort. If you choose to do the cleanup in the fall, you
can wait until the first hard frost before cutting back leaves. In the
spring, it's best to trim just before or as the new green growth is
coming up from the ground.
Diseases:
Very disease resistant.
